General Out-Patient Care

We see patients who come to the clinic either on a walk-in basis or through scheduled appointments. Before administering any treatment, we conduct thorough checks and examinations of our patients.

We do not prescribe antibiotics without a valid reason, and we always discuss the rationale behind our treatment recommendations with our patients.

If a patient declines our proposed treatment plan, we respect their decision. We offer professional advice, but ultimately, the choice is theirs to make

Pre-Hospital/ Post Hospital Care

We provide care to patients in their homes and offer pre-hospital assistance before they are admitted to the Emergency Department.

We do not make referrals; instead, we directly admit cases to the Emergency ward.

This means you will experience no waiting time when entering the wards.

Additionally, we support the transition from the hospital back to home by providing follow-up care and monitoring vital signs, plus disease progress. Providing accurate information to the patient and relatives is of paramount importance.

Overseas Referrals

Providing accurate information about overseas referrals is essential for patients and their families. Our team understands the financial challenges many people face in our nation, which is why we strive to offer correct information that helps patients and their relatives make informed decisions.

We are partnering with Vaidam Health to assist patients who wish to receive treatment in India. Additionally, we help patients planning to travel to Australia, the Philippines, Fiji, and Singapore by addressing their pre-checks, flight requirements, and any health issues that may endanger them during their flights.
